Numano is an AI image generation service. You can select from a variety of templates, upload images, and input parameters to generate customized, high-quality images.

2. Eligibility

The Service is intended for users aged 13 and older. Users under 13 must have parental or guardian consent.

3. Accounts and Credits

3.2 Credits

Image generation requires credits. Credits can be purchased through the Service. Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated. Credit balances and pricing are subject to change.

New users may receive free credits upon registration. Free credits are subject to the same terms as purchased credits.

4. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are prohibited:

  • Generating illegal content
  • Generating content that infringes on the rights of others (copyright, likeness, privacy, etc.)
  • Generating content that violates public decency or morality
  • Unauthorized access to or interference with our systems
  • Abusing the Service or placing excessive load on our infrastructure
  • Copying, reproducing, or redistributing our templates or system
  • Circumventing credit requirements or payment systems
  • Any activity that violates applicable laws

5. Generated Images

5.1 Usage Rights

You retain the right to use images generated through the Service for personal and commercial purposes.

5.2 Quality Disclaimer

As images are generated by AI, results may vary and unintended outcomes may occur. We do not guarantee specific results.

5.3 Prohibited Uses of Generated Images

You may not use generated images for:

  • Any illegal activity
  • Defaming or harming the reputation of others
  • Fraud, deception, or misleading purposes
  • Impersonating another person without consent
  • Creating non-consensual intimate imagery

6. Uploaded Content

6.1 Rights Confirmation

You must have the appropriate rights to any images you upload. By uploading content, you confirm that you have the necessary permissions.

6.2 Prohibited Content

The following content may not be uploaded:

  • Illegal content
  • Content that infringes on the rights of others
  • Inappropriate content (violent, sexually explicit, discriminatory, etc.)
  • Content depicting minors in inappropriate contexts

8. Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee the accuracy, usefulness, or legality of generated images. We are not liable for any damages arising from decisions or actions based on generated content.

8.2 Service Availability

We are not liable for damages caused by:

  • Temporary service interruptions or outages
  • Data loss or corruption
  • Unauthorized access by third parties
  • Force majeure events

8.3 Maximum Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Service Changes and Termination

We reserve the right to, without prior notice:

  • Modify, add, or remove features or content
  • Add, change, or remove templates
  • Temporarily suspend the Service
  • Discontinue the Service entirely

In the event of permanent discontinuation, we will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice.

10. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Any remaining credits will be forfeited.

11. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Canada.
